Shopify digital downloads app multiple downloads

Shopify does not support this app properly. Shopify does not update the app. It's extremely disappointing how Shopify treats users of the app. I am sure if Shopify looks at the stats - a lot of ecommerce store owners use Mac computers. None of my requests through Shopify support lead to any changes. Shopify does not care and does not listen. Which is a bad practice in my opinion. But this is a secondary question. Why doesn't Digital Downloads recognize that ive added new products to my store?????? It only show my first product along with the two variants associated.

Now all of a sudden it doesn't work with Shopify Lite even though it says it's compatible.

Customers are given an error message that says "shop doesn't have a website yet" when they click the link in their email to download their purchase. This should bypass the need for the customer to visit the online store and instead send them a direct link to download the file.
