As well as the mod folder in my stellaris folder. Unsubscirbed to all and resubscribed. Steam still won't download anythin.

Haven't played for a couple of weeks, but after seeing this thread, I loaded up the game with about 30 mods or so, loaded a previous save and all works just fine. I dunno, I think I have some sort of idea of what happened. So it turns out I have two steam directories.
