Looked at three or four setup guides and set it all up. I have opened up the ini file and under cores the above mentioned isnt there. I have also copied and pasted in the ini file in every possible place and Nothing. It just doesnt exsist.

This is directly because of the above. Simply because their checks are different? Dolphin currently does none of that, which is not an issue for official games, but sometimes is with homebrew. The reason for my asking about this topic was I had been hoping to build some Dolphin specific homebrew, and was curious as to how it works compared to the Wii's IOS, which is evidently quite different, and I will likely require some time studying Dolphin's inner workings and preforming a substantial amount of trial and error before I can proceed.

This support is still in early alpha stages: crashes happen, it's slow on Qualcomm hardware because of graphics drivers issues, and it is still missing a ton of features.
